Daily journal: What causes stress? How much? Reaction?

Practical exercises (e.g., mindfulness, relaxation, breathing)

• Follow-up on journal and actions
What has worked? What has been difficult?


• In-depth exploration and adjustment of the action plan

Identify patterns & develop long-term strategies
