About Me
I have lived with stress in various forms for over 20 years – from everyday pressure to burnout syndrome. I have personally gone through multiple rounds of exhaustion and know how difficult it can be to find tools that truly help. My own journey has led me to deeper knowledge and understanding of the different levels of stress and its impact on both body and mind.
With a degree in basic psychology, along with over 20 years of studies in mindfulness and meditation, I have developed a method that combines knowledge with practical exercises to help you manage and reduce stress. I am also a trained meditation teacher and have witnessed the powerful effects meditation can have in restoring balance to life.
